As a certified meditation coach, I weave mindfulness into coaching because it anchors the work, bringing calm, clarity, and resilience to whatever you’re navigating. Research shows meditation can reduce stress, sharpen focus, and support overall wellbeing, and we translate those benefits into simple, repeatable practices you can use every day. You’ll learn guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and present-moment tools that build inner steadiness and improve your ability to focus amid real-life demands. My offerings include Power Up Your Mindset, an assessment that maps nine mindset categories and generates a tailored plan to strengthen focus, resilience, and energy; Tailored Coaching, a personalized program that places meditation and mindfulness at the center of your growth; and Meditation Circles, community-based sessions for practice and support. In the new year, I’ll host a 4-week Loving-Kindness Circle, exploring compassion practices that ground and expand, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
