    If you’ve been telling yourself you need to quit your job, run away, or start over from scratch – sometimes that’s true. But sometimes the nervous system is simply exhausted, overloaded, and trying to create relief.

    The clarity you’re looking for tends to show up after your system is steady, not before.

    This practical, evidence-informed workshop introduces simple tools designed to help you shift your physiological state in real time, so you can think more clearly, recover more effectively, and respond with more steadiness under pressure.

    You’ll learn:

    • what stress actually does to your thinking, focus, and decision-making
    • a practical regulation technique you can use in about 60 seconds
    • how heart rate patterns influence stress, resilience, and recovery
    • tools for difficult conversations, overwhelm, busy days, and racing thoughts
    • how to create more clarity and steadiness in the moments that matter most
