Welcome
I’m so glad you’re here
I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my wife and a lively mix of dogs and cats, where daily life reminds me of the importance of balance, connection, and growth.
Before founding Rosewood Coaching Collective, I spent more than 20 years leading teams and supporting groundbreaking work in the life sciences sector. I know what it means to carry big responsibilities, perform under pressure, and still want (to borrow from Mary Oliver) to make my life something particular, and real. Present and intentional, not just reaction and to-do lists.
Trained at Emory University and certified as an ICF-certified executive coach (ACC), HeartMath® Certified Trainer, board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), and certified meditation coach (CMC), I now help people navigate major transitions and big priorities, without burning out. My work draws from performance science, mindfulness and meditation practices, and behavior change research to help mission-driven people sustain demanding work and live well doing it.
The Heart of
Rosewood
At Rosewood Coaching Collective, we believe the world is ready for a new model of success – one where wellbeing is infrastructure, not afterthought.
- A model where leadership is sustained, not extracted.
- Where strength is built over time, not borrowed against the future.
- Where people lead with clarity, connection, and care, and redefine what strength looks like.
Because the work that matters needs people who can keep doing it.
People grounded in their values, clear in their direction, and capable of leading without depleting themselves.
And this is why Rosewood is our name.
Rosewood is one of the rarest hardwoods in the world – deep, resilient, and slow-growing. It becomes more valuable, more resonant, and more beautiful with time. Its strength doesn’t peak early; it reveals itself through years of pressure, shaping, and evolution.
At the heart of Rosewood is this truth: like the wood itself, people grow richer in depth, clarity, and strength over time. Growth isn’t a narrowing, it’s a deepening. A steady becoming.
When people rise with energy and intention, we don’t just change individual lives — we shape what’s possible for the world around us.

What I Believe What I Believe What I Believe What I Believe What I Believe What I BelieveWhat I Believe What I Believe What I Believe What I Believe What I Believe What I Believe
I believe that growth and change are essential to living. As Martha Stewart says, “When you’re through changing, you’re through.”
I believe in balance (a glass of wine with a salad kind of balance).
I believe stress reactivity isn’t who we are – it’s a pattern, and patterns can be retrained.
I believe that change shouldn’t rely on force-of-will and discipline; these are muscles, and muscles fatigue.
I believe change isn’t about willing yourself harder – it’s about curiosity, evidence, a smart plan, and some action.
I believe lasting change rarely comes from big, dramatic moments – it’s built through small, repeatable practices that compound over time.
I believe I believe that professional and personal wellbeing are inseparable. You shouldn’t need to suffer in one to succeed in the other.
I believe the world needs us to be well, because when we are well, we lead better in our lives, our homes, and our communities.
I believe in the power of striving for more. The work is helping you do that without trading your wellbeing for it.
About Coaching
Coaching is a structured partnership that helps you move from where you are to where you want to be – clarity meets action, with a plan built around what matters to you.
At Rosewood Coaching Collective, coaching starts with what’s underneath the action. When your clarity, energy, and nervous system are working with you, the rest gets easier. My integrative approach blends the strategic edge of executive coaching with evidence-based methods from mindfulness, meditation, and behavior change research.
Together, we build the capacity to think clearly under pressure, make sound decisions, and take consistent action, without burning out in the process. You’ll develop habits and practices that build durable energy, support your health, and let you grow through change instead of pushing through it.
This is where sustainable success begins: grounded, intentional, and built to last.
