Group Programs

Individual Roots. Collective Growth.

Group coaching at Rosewood is for people who want company on the way through the work. Real practice, peer accountability, and the kind of conversations that don’t happen alone. Programs span three areas: health and wellbeing, performance under pressure, and leadership. Topics rotate throughout the year; the foundation doesn’t.

Key Benefits of Group Programs

  • Community that moves the work. You’re not in this alone. Group programs put you alongside peers tackling the same problems – accountability in community, perspectives you can’t get solo, and conversations that move the work forward.
  • Lower cost. Same rigor. Group programs deliver evidence-based coaching at a lower price point, without trading down on quality, structure, or results.
  • Built around real life. Live sessions, recorded content, and structured practice between meetings – designed to fit demanding schedules without losing momentum.

Group Coaching Programs

For women in midlife

Health & Wellness

Speaker series, workshops, and conversations focused on the realities of midlife – menopause, energy, sleep, habit change, and the physical and emotional shifts that come with busy, demanding lives. Practical, evidence-based, and designed for women who want company through the parts of life that don’t get talked about enough.

Evidence-based resilience training

The Steady Advantage

An 8-week cohort experience that builds greater steadiness, resilience, and capacity under pressure – at work and in the rest of life.

Built on HeartMath® and other evidence-based practices, the program combines nervous system training, recovery and regulation skills, coaching, and HRV biometric tracking to help participants see and reshape their stress and performance patterns over time.

Structured, practical, and measurable – for people who want more than insight alone. The goal isn’t just performing better in high-stakes moments. It’s building a way of operating that holds up in the board meeting, the difficult conversation, the certification exam, the inbox avalanche, and yes, probably at the Thanksgiving dinner table too.

Mindfulness

An Introduction to Nervous System Tools

A working introduction to the practical tools behind The Steady Advantage. In one session, you’ll learn what your nervous system actually does under pressure, and a handful of techniques you can use right away. The kind that help after a hard day, in the middle of a tense conversation, or when your mind won’t settle at night.
