Organizational Coaching
When people thrive, organizations rise.
Your best people are your strategy. Keep them sharp. Keep them here.
The leaders who care most carry the heaviest load – and they’re often the ones quietly running out. When they leave, the whole team feels it. When they stay but burn out, the work suffers anyway. Rosewood partners with mission-driven organizations to develop leaders and teams who can sustain demanding work, without trading their wellbeing for impact. Performance science, executive coaching, and 20+ years inside environments your people work in.

Most organizations optimize the work and forget the people doing it.
The Hidden Cost
Burnout shows up as silence. The senior person who stops pushing back in meetings. The leader running their team on autopilot. The strategic call no one has the bandwidth to make well. The visible costs are large – an estimated $190B a year in U.S. healthcare spending. But the quieter ones add up faster: turnover, lost institutional knowledge, and the erosion of judgment that happens long before anyone resigns.
The Leadership Gap
Leaders get promoted for technical excellence and asked to do work no one trained them for: regulating themselves under pressure, holding a team together through hard moments, making good decisions when the stakes are high and the data is incomplete. The skills that got them there rarely cover what they need next.
The Wellness Detour
Snacks, apps, and “self-care month” don’t change the conditions that wear leaders down. Real wellbeing isn’t a perk- it’s infrastructure. It’s leaders with the capacity to make hard calls, teams that can be honest under pressure, and a culture where performance and wellbeing reinforce each other instead of competing for budget.
THE ROSEWOOD APPROACH
Performance and Wellbeing Are Not a Trade-Off.
“Leadership is a matter of how to be, not how to do.”

PROGRAMS & ENGAGEMENTS
Built as a partnership, shaped to fit your goals.
From a single keynote to a sustained coaching partnership, all programs are tailored to your goals, culture, and people. Here’s how we typically work together.
Workshops, Keynotes & Organizational Events
The cornerstone offering is nervous system regulation and sustainable performance, grounded in HeartMath® and other evidence-based approaches to resilience, recovery, and leadership under pressure.
Workshops and retreats may also explore communication and team dynamics under stress, burnout prevention and recovery, sustainable high performance, and practical wellbeing habits that support people in demanding environments. The focus is on practical, trainable skills that translate immediately into how people work, lead, communicate, recover, and show up under pressure.
Formats range from focused one-hour workshops to half-day intensives and multi-session cohort experiences tailored to organizational goals, team dynamics, and the realities of modern work.
Executive & Leadership 1:1 Coaching
Confidential coaching for leaders navigating complex demands, transitions, high-stakes moments, or periods of sustained pressure. The work blends executive coaching with evidence-based regulation and recovery skills that shape clarity, decision-making, and performance under pressure – whether preparing for a board presentation, major pitch, difficult conversation, or the long-term challenge of leading without burning out.
Typical engagement: 3-12 months, often part of broader organizational partnership
Team Coaching
Work with teams to strengthen communication, build psychological safety, and develop the trust and operating norms that make sustainable high performance possible. Especially valuable during transitions, leadership changes, and periods of growth.
Typical engagement: 4-8 sessions, often paired with 1:1 coaching for the team’s leader
Diagnostics and Measurement
HRV (heart rate variability) tracking, biometric feedback, and leadership assessments are integrated into coaching, workshops, and organizational development work to help make patterns around stress, recovery, resilience, and performance under pressure more visible and measurable.
These tools support practical, evidence-based development – helping individuals and teams build greater regulation, recovery capacity, and sustainable performance over time. The goal isn’t just awareness, it’s measurable capacity change.
Measurement and assessment can be woven into 1:1 coaching engagements, leadership and team workshops, and structured multi-week cohort programs designed to strengthen resilience and performance under real-world conditions.
