Last summer, I found myself sprinting barefoot across the lawn – braless, swearing, and in full mama-bear mode to rescue my puppy from the neighbor’s renegade dog – only to realize I had an audience of neighbors. Later, laughing with a friend, I described the moment as “braless and lawless,” and it stuck.
That moment sparked this program, because midlife isn’t about holding it together. It’s about breaking loose, shedding what no longer serves you, and reclaiming your health, your voice, and your fire.
Braless & Lawless is a guided space for women from peri- to post-menopause to connect, share experiences, and take action on their well-being—navigating shifting hormones, fluctuating energy, and the bigger questions of who you want to be now.
Across six weeks, we explore changing bodies and energy, anger as sacred fuel, visibility and beauty on your own terms, and designing your next chapter with confidence. You’ll walk away with practical tools (tiny habits, nervous-system supports, and simple hormone-friendly strategies) plus a circle of women who make it all feel doable. It’s supportive, unfiltered, and fun…like the slumber parties we grew up with, only now the talk is about hormones instead of 80s playlists.

We gather ideas, strategies, and solidarity in a judgment-free community where nothing is off-limits and everything is aimed at helping you feel steadier, stronger, and more you.
The program blends weekly 90-minute live Zoom sessions with a private 1:1 coaching call to tailor the work to your goals and season of life. You’ll receive session replays, light journaling prompts, and practical tools like heart-coherence practices and guided meditations to support focus, energy, and overall well-being. Guest experts bring grounded wisdom in fitness, energy work, and beauty—designed for our bodies now (not for 20-somethings on social media).
