    Love isn’t just a feeling, it’s a frequency. Over four weeks, we’ll practice tuning into heart energy, cultivating coherence, resilience, and compassion through HeartMath techniques and guided meditation. Together, we’ll learn how to access the steadiness and clarity of the heart in everyday life. We’ll close with a celebration of radical self-love in the week after Valentine’s Day.
