Welcome

I’m so glad you’re here

I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my wife and a lively mix of dogs and cats, where daily life reminds me of the importance of balance, connection, and growth.

Before founding Rosewood Coaching Collective, I spent more than 20 years leading teams and supporting groundbreaking work in the life sciences sector. I know what it means to carry big responsibilities, perform under pressure, and still feel the quiet tug for something more – more alignment, more vitality, more meaning.

Trained at Emory University and certified as a board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), ICF-certified executive coach (ACC), and certified meditation coach (CMC), I now help people navigate major transitions and big priorities – without burning out. My work blends science, mindfulness, and systems thinking to help high-performing people sustain energy, strengthen leadership, and create lives that last.”

The Heart of

Rosewood

At Rosewood Coaching Collective, we believe the world is ready for a new model of success – one that begins from within.

  • A model where vitality fuels leadership, not exhaustion.
  • Where courage looks like wholeness, not overextension.
  • Where People lead with clarity, connection, and care, and in doing so, reshape what strength means.

Because what the world needs now are women who are well.

Women grounded in their wisdom, awake to their power, and unafraid to live and lead differently.

And this is why Rosewood is our name. Rosewood is one of the rarest hardwoods in the world – deep, resilient, and slow-growing. It becomes more valuable, more resonant, and more beautiful with time. Its strength doesn’t peak early; it reveals itself through decades of pressure, shaping, and evolution. At the heart of Rosewood is this truth: like the wood itself, women only grow richer in depth, resonance, and strength with time. Midlife isn’t a narrowing; it’s a deepening. A rising. A gathering of strength that was planted long ago.

When women rise with energy and intention, we don’t just change our own lives – we change the future.

What I Believe     What I Believe      What I Believe     What I Believe      What I Believe     What I BelieveWhat I Believe     What I Believe      What I Believe     What I Believe      What I Believe     What I Believe

I believe that growth and change are essential to living. As Martha Stewart says, “When you’re through changing, you’re through.”
I believe in balance (a glass of wine with a salad kind of balance).
I believe that professional wellness and personal wellness are intertwined. We shouldn’t need to suffer in one to succeed in the other.
I believe that change shouldn’t rely on force-of-will and discipline; these are muscles, and muscles fatigue.
I believe that change isn’t about domination, but about being inspired, open to learning new things, and having a smart plan.
I believe that vitality isn’t something waiting to be found – it’s created, day by day, through the choices that shape how we live and lead.
I believe that transformative change rarely comes from big, dramatic moments – it’s built through small, sustainable actions aligned with your values.
I believe that no matter where you are in your journey, you have opportunities and strengths we can identify and leverage.
I believe that your well-being is of value, and caring for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s essential. It’s an act of resistance.
I believe the world needs us to be well, because when we are well, we lead better in our lives, our homes, and our communities.
I believe in the power of striving for more and am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.

About Coaching

Coaching is a structured, supportive partnership that helps you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

It’s where clarity meets action, helping you define what matters most, design a smart plan, and take purposeful action toward what’s next.

At Rosewood Coaching Collective, coaching starts from the inside out. Because when your clarity, energy and well-being are strong, everything else follows.

My integrative approach blends the strategic edge of executive coaching with the depth of wellness and mindfulness. You’ll build habits to restore health, improve energy, and help you grow through change – not just push through it. This is where sustainable success begins: grounded, intentional, and built to last.

Like the rosewood tree, our work is grounded, enduring, and designed to help you thrive through every season of life.

Resilient Habits + Steady Energy

These aren’t quick fixes; they’re roots for long-term vitality. This is how we build stamina to grow stronger with time.

Strategic Growth + Meaningful Goals

Whether you’re navigating a transition, defining success, or redesigning your next chapter, we’ll map goals that match your values and intentions – including planning for your healthspan, strengthening the energy and wellbeing you want to carry into the decades ahead.

Leadership with Integrity + Impact

True leadership endures when it’s grounded from within. Through integrative coaching, you’ll cultivate presence, awareness, and balance — the kind of strength that carries through boardrooms and dining rooms alike. Leadership lives wherever we choose to show up with integrity, purpose, and heart.
