Together, we’ll design a strategic plan with clear, actionable steps, and then work that plan through consistent coaching, reflection, and support to keep you moving forward.

Coaching sessions are primarily conducted by phone or virtually by Zoom; in-person sessions may be available on request.

The frequency of meetings is flexible and can be tailored to your needs. Typically, clients meet with their coach weekly or bi-weekly, but I understand that everyone’s schedule is unique. I’m here to ensure consistent progress and support, adapting to what works best for you.
