Health & Wellness Group Coaching helps you feel stronger, steadier, and more at home in your body through midlife and beyond. In small, supportive cohorts, we explore healthy habits that build energy and resilience – movement, rest, nutrition, stress balance, and the physical and emotional changes that come with busy, evolving lives.

Each session blends light teaching, guided practices, and conversation you can turn into simple daily actions. You’ll gain structure, gentle accountability, and the encouragement of a community that reminds you—you’re not doing this alone.

Everything is adaptable, trauma-informed, and designed to meet you where you are, helping you build lasting wellbeing from the inside out.

As a certified meditation coach, I weave mindfulness into coaching because it anchors the work, bringing calm, clarity, and resilience to whatever you’re navigating. Research shows meditation can reduce stress, sharpen focus, and support overall wellbeing, and we translate those benefits into simple, repeatable practices you can use every day. You’ll learn guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and present-moment tools that build inner steadiness and improve your ability to focus amid real-life demands. My offerings include Power Up Your Mindset, an assessment that maps nine mindset categories and generates a tailored plan to strengthen focus, resilience, and energy; Tailored Coaching, a personalized program that places meditation and mindfulness at the center of your growth; and Meditation Circles, community-based sessions for practice and support. The Rosewood Leadership Circle gathers women leaders ready to support, challenge, and champion one another while using their collective influence to create meaningful change. Through guided conversation and coaching, we’ll explore sustainable leadership, authentic connection, and the courage to live your values at work, at home, and in the world. Together, we’ll reflect, strategize, and yes, sometimes scheme about how women can leverage their unique ways of leading to build a more equitable future.
